Job Title : HR Associate Recruitment Reporting To: Manager, HR Operations & Community Outreach Work Schedule: Onsite – Baguio City, PH Job Description: Post job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms. Screen applications, maintain candidate databases, and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, medical examinations, and other recruitment activities.
Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and onboarding requirements. Administer and score recruitment assessments and conduct background/reference checks. Prepare recruitment documents, reports, employee files, and onboarding requirements. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration. Must be a Licensed Psychometrician. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
