"The Senior Operations Manager will lead day-to-day contract logistics and warehouse operations in Incheon, with a strong focus on operational readiness, service execution, inventory accuracy, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
This role will manage supervisors, team leads, warehouse and operational support teams to ensure smooth execution across receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, transportation coordination, and client service support. The role will also support the ramp-up of new operations, drive process standardisation, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Korean labour, safety, and logistics requirements."
