Tax Senior Associate - Asset Management & Fund Services

Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) is seeking a Tax Senior Associate with a strong background in Asset Management and Fund Services to join our growing Tax practice. This role is ideal for a tax professional with strong experience in partnership taxation, flow-through entities, and private equity and venture capital structures. The Senior Associate will work closely with fund clients, providing high-value tax compliance and consulting services across a diverse portfolio of asset managers, venture capital firms, and private equity funds.
