Job description
The Talent Development Specialist sits on our Learning & Development team within Human Resources, a group dedicated to educating and empowering our operations, sales, and support teams. In this role, you will be a champion of member service and operational excellence throughout the organization. Your primary focus will be to deliver learning through a variety of methods including classroom training, virtual learning, podcasts, job shadowing, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching.
In addition to ownership of our new hire programs, you will also serve as an expert in focus areas like sales and service excellence, product knowledge, consumer and real estate lending, retirement solutions, and more.
