We are committed to innovation, transparency, and excellence in the financial markets. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic PSP Reconciliation Officer to join our team.
Your role
Maintain bank and payment service providers reconciliation on a monthly basis. Report daily balances of the company and highlight exposure on time. Post all transactions into the system in a timely and accurately. Processing of payment to suppliers and service providers. Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Liaise with External Auditor to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Management/ Finance/ Accounting or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentation skills. Fluent in English oral and written. General Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sensitive to numbers and accounting policies. Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Fast learner and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent time management. Focus on result and performance. Ability to build and maintain strong relationship across business units. Be willing to take greater challenges as well as opportunities.
