Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time | Lebanon, PA We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home care to patients in Lebanon, PA and surrounding areas. Position Overview
The PTA will work closely with the physical therapy team to implement and support individualized care plans, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team to implement and deliver patient care plans Provide in-home therapy support to patients across Lebanon, PA and nearby communities Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet charting deadlines Effectively manage daily schedule and patient visits independently Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania Previous experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Schedule & Work Environment Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No on-call requirements or weekend shifts Supportive team environment with mentorship and growth opportunities Travel Requirements Local travel required; approximately 20% of the day spent driving to patient homes
