Job description
As a SailPoint Developer, you will: Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Configure, customize, and maintain SailPoint connectors, workflows, and rules to meet business and security requirements. Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications for automated provisioning and access governance.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for SailPoint components. Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM solutions with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Support lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC).
What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of overall professional experience, including strong expertise in Identity and Access Management. Proven hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and deployment. Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, access certification, password management, and policy enforcement.
Experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, and REST/SOAP-based integrations. Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR). You should possess the ability to: Work independently to deliver IAM solutions end-to-end. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues in SailPoint environments. Adapt to evolving security requirements and technological changes. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
