Senior Executive - Aviation Analytics Projects

• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align operational objectives with data insights, supporting negotiations through analytics.

• Cost Analysis & Budgeting – Conduct cost analysis and develop budget forecasts using historical and real-time data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Planning & Forecasting – Planning & Forecasting to support maintenance, resource allocation, and long-term operational strategies.
• Technical Oversight & Reporting – Develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, asset utilization, and maintenance efficiency, translating technical data into actionable insights.
• Contract Reviewing
• Analyze and evaluate business contracts to ensure compliance with organizational goals and legal standards.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics or a related field, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Language proficiency with strong background in documentation and business contracts.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, conduct cost analysis, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
