Credible Messenger: Credible Messenger Program- 7093

OBJECTIVE: The objective of the Credible Messenger position is to provide community-based care coordination, engagement, and support to youth referred by the Court Support Services Division/Juvenile Court Support Services Division (CSSD/JBCSSD). This role serves as a primary point of communication and liaison between CHR, CSSD/JBCSSD, clients, families, and community partners to support timely access to services, reduce barriers to treatment, and promote successful engagement in care.
