Casual Activity Leader - Ealing

Location: Montpelier Primary School Hours: 7:30–9:00am (Breakfast Club), 3:00–6:00pm (Afterschool Club) Pay: up to £12.71 an hour Make a difference. Have fun. Love your job. Do you love working with children? Are you energetic, creative, and confident leading activities? We’re looking for enthusiastic Activity Leaders / Playworkers to join our Breakfast and Afterschool Club team, helping to create a safe, exciting, and welcoming environment where children can play, learn and thrive.

What you’ll be doing Leading fun activities including multi-sports, group games, arts & crafts, and creative play Organising tournaments, team challenges and outdoor competitions Creating an energetic and positive environment where every child feels included Supervising children safely while encouraging teamwork and confidence Preparing snacks and managing sign-in and sign-out procedures Setting up and maintaining engaging play spaces What we’re looking for Someone energetic, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children Confident leading groups and running activities A team player who can also take initiative when needed Someone who brings creativity, positivity and a sense of fun Working hours Split shifts during term time: 7:30–9:00am (Breakfast Club) 3:00–6:00pm (Afterschool Club) Perfect for those looking for a part-time role with great work–life balance .
