0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule About the Role Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across multiple school communities in Kiowa, CO. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct therapy services and assessments in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based SLPs and clinicians transitioning into the school setting who are looking for flexibility and a supportive team environment. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule Flexible hybrid work model W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Complete documentation, progress notes, planning, and compliance tasks remotely Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed What We’re Looking For Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain) Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain) Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
