Utilities Superintendent - Excavation

The General Superintendent, under the guidance of the construction manager, , is responsible to assist in a variety of managerial, skilled, technical, supervisory, and administrative work in the planning, construction phase of projects by directly managing COE crews and sub-contractors while providing oversight for production, safety, quality, and training.

As a representative of management supports the mission, vision, strategic plan, goals, and decisions of the Department and City.
