Rice. Tec is seeking a Lab Operation Research Associate to support its high-throughput genotyping production activities at the Alvin, TX research laboratory. This role is responsible for hands-on execution of DNA genotyping workflows, coordination of daily laboratory assignments, and support of production schedules to meet project volumes, quality expectations, and turnaround commitments.
The position also works closely with the Lab Operations Lead and team members to maintain efficient sample processing, provide technical guidance to assistants, technicians, and seasonal staff, and help ensure consistent adherence to laboratory procedures.
