**Attendance Student Data Specialist **

Position Summary: This position assists the Assistant Principal of Academics to provide supplementary/supportive services to the students, staff and parents. Such services are for the express purpose of recording attendance, registration of new students, withdrawal of transfer students and processing specific reports.

**Department: **Campus **Reports to: Assistant Principal of Academics Placement: ** Classified Non-exempt Salary Schedule Full time: 40 hours per week

Training and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Two years of secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
• One year of experience working directly with students in a high school setting such as a classroom aide, volunteer, student work experience, supervisor, etc. preferred.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish preferred.
