Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality blogs related to eCommerce, SaaS, automation, ERP, marketplaces, and integrations that require basic technical understanding.
- Create engaging guest blogs for external publications and partner platforms.
- Develop case studies and customer success stories showcasing business outcomes and client achievements.
- Write compelling social media content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, help documentation, and product guides.
- Develop website content, landing page copy, and marketing messaging for campaigns and products.
- Research markets, competitors, industry trends, and technologies to produce original and innovative content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and product teams to generate new content ideas and campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and improve readability, engagement, and search visibility.
- Ensure all content aligns with WebBee’s brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of published articles, blogs, website content, or marketing copy.
- Experience conducting research using multiple sources.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Basic technical understanding of SaaS, eCommerce, APIs, integrations, automation, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Ability to simplify technical topics into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
