This is a field-based position requiring regular in-person customer visits primarily within North DFW. Relocation is not provided for this role. Kesson is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Post Acute Care customers across North Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma.

Current Need We are seeking a dedicated and relationship-focused Field Service Representative (FSR) to support Post Acute Care customers throughout North Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Oklahoma .
Candidates must reside in the DFW metro area or in close proximity to the territory to effectively support customer locations. This field-based role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, supporting onboarding and product utilization initiatives, identifying sales opportunities, and reinforcing the value of Mc.
Kesson's products and services within customer locations. The ideal candidate will excel at building trust with customers, providing consultative support, and developing long-term business relationships. Position Description The Field Service Representative (FSR) serves as a trusted partner to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer locations, conducting regular in-person customer visits and supporting key business initiatives.
This role works closely with customer decision-makers including Administrators, Owners, Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Business Office Managers to strengthen customer engagement, promote adoption of Mc. Kesson solutions, support new customer onboarding, and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
The FSR collaborates with Sales Managers and National Account Managers to drive customer satisfaction, improve formulary compliance, support product conversions, and capitalize on incremental sales opportunities.

Compensation
Base salary of $67,000 annually Target sales incentive opportunity of $12,000 annually , paid on a quarterly basis Participation in Mc. Kesson's vehicle program, including either a monthly automobile allowance of $668 or a company-provided vehicle with fuel card Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within Mc.
Kesson Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled customer visits to assigned PAC customer locations throughout the territory. Build trusted relationships with customer owners, operators, and key decision-makers. Reinforce Mc. Kesson's value proposition and ensure customers are maximizing the benefits of their partnership.
Support new customer onboarding through training, presentations, and ongoing account support during implementation. Educate customers on product offerings, formulary updates, and product conversion initiatives. Support utilization management and formulary compliance efforts for customers operating under PPD pricing models.
Identify customer concerns, service gaps, and growth opportunities, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions. Promote and sell approved products and solutions, including equipment, housekeeping products, and special-order items. Collaborate with Sales Managers and National Account Managers to execute strategic sales and customer retention initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer activity records and communicate market feedback to internal teams. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience Valid driver's license. 7 year motor vehicle record check completed during pre-employment Ability to travel 3 to 4 days per week throughout the assigned territory. Preferred Critical Skills Relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Consultative approach to influencing customer behaviors and business outcomes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively. Customer-focused problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional and approachable presence when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to learn and understand healthcare products, technologies, and customer ordering systems. Additional Skills Experience in customer service, retail sales, healthcare support, account management, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience managing multiple priorities and working across cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to navigate change and adapt to evolving customer needs. The pay range shown below is aligned with Mc. Kesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position: $79,600 - $132,600 Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
