Job description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To manage all facility operations to ensure company objectives are achieved. Develop, oversee, direct and have financial accountability for the work activities of plant personnel, including Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping and Inventory Control for assigned clients. MAJOR AREAS OF PERFORMANCE:
Ensure cost-efficient use of resources and on-going process improvement including planning, scheduling and evaluation; Perform management functions and provide coaching and direction to plant Supervisors and staff; Participate in budgeting process and implement cost-control measures; Responsible for labor planning and scheduling; Direct work flow to meet plant productivity, turn-time, quality and safety standards;
