Job description
The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This role oversees kitchen operations, menu development, food and labor cost management, inventory, purchasing, food safety compliance, and the recruitment, training, and development of the culinary team.
The Executive Chef partners closely with Food & Beverage leadership to drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and achieve financial and guest satisfaction goals.
