Location: Mumbai Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical decision-making for the team. Collaborate with and guide multiple teams to drive alignment on key technical and project decisions. Deliver innovative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges across teams and systems. Lead the adoption and enforcement of industry best practices to improve software quality and accelerate delivery.

Mentor and support the professional development of junior engineers through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure cohesive project execution and strategic alignment.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise. One Configurable Network Computing (CNC). 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 7.5 years specifically in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise. One CNC. Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with agile methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance software components using modern frameworks. Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex issues in enterprise-level applications. Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.

Minimum 15 years of full-time education. Willingness to work onsite at the Mumbai office.
