This position is responsible for supervising the operation of the Fleet Maintenance Heavy Equipment Shop. Supervises the operation of the Heavy Equipment Shop. Processes repair orders. Processes repair parts invoices; orders parts. Organizes personnel work schedules, training, vacations, service calls, and weekend on-call rosters; prepares time sheets; participates in the selection of new employees; evaluates the work of subordinates; recommends terminations.
