The Risk Claims Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management and resolution of all risk-related claims within the organization, including those related to customers and employees. This role ensures that claims, such as personal injury, property damage, and workers’ compensation, are processed in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
