- Provide skin care treatments including hot towel shaves, face scrubs, and aftershave applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and grooming tools
- Consult with clients to understand preferences, hair types, and desired styles
- Recommend grooming products and maintenance routines to enhance client results
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in line with industry regulations
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and efficient service environment

- No prior experience required (fresher-friendly)
- Strong interest in men’s grooming, barbering, and personal care
- Attention to detail and commitment to precision in every service
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safe tool handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training and mentorship
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
