Maintenance Supervisor - Royal Palms Apartments Orlando, FL

CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established real estate management company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in SW Orlando. The Maintenance Supervisor works in junction with the Property Manager on day-to-day maintenance activities with make-ready units and other maintenance projects.

Responsibilities include

coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities include

maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Also, responsible for ensuring the safety property, employees, residents, visitors and staff with daily observations and preventative maintenance programs of the property.
