The Technical Business Analyst drives business and data solutions across enterprise systems. This role operates at the intersection of business operations, application delivery, and data-driven initiatives, including AI-enabled use cases. This position carries equal responsibility for solution definition, project execution, quality and governance validation, and AI/data-related initiatives. The role works closely with IT leadership to implement future-forward applications and processes while ensuring that core business operations remain stable and well supported. The role requires a structured, detail-oriented individual who can lead assigned solution initiatives without direct authority over developers.
