KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Shopify Platform Governance: Owning end-to-end administration of the core Shopify ecosystem, managing storefront layout deployments, app integrations, checkout configurations, and inventory readiness. * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyzing on-site user behavior matrices and web drop-off points to design, test, and implement structural enhancements that scale absolute conversion velocities.

• Digital Merchandising & Revenue Bundling: Strategizing and executing high-yield product bundle architectures, multi-tier discount configurations, and automated cross-sell/up-sell triggers to maximize average order value (AOV). * Subscription Model Engineering: Building, scaling, and tracking recurring subscription models to drive customer retention pipelines and secure predictable baseline revenue loops.

• User Experience (UX) Architecture: Auditing desktop and mobile store layouts to streamline navigation paths, remove conversion friction, and deliver a premium, zero-lag digital shopping journey. * Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Monitoring key e-commerce telemetry—including cart abandonment rates, session depths, product clicks, and retention cohorts—translating raw analytics into weekly growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience Base: Progressive, hands-on professional success managing and scaling a live digital storefront, with specific experience operating inside consumer internet, D2C retail, or digital food/lifestyle brands. * Technical Mastery: Authoritative, direct operational fluency with the Shopify ecosystem, including familiarity with Shopify apps, theme customizations, inventory workflows, and tracking pixel integrations.
