Corporate Safety & Compliance Manager

The Corporate Safety & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Southern Tire Mart's safety program across multiple locations. This position plays a critical role in protecting our employees, customers, and organization by ensuring compliance with all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This individual will serve as both a trainer and field leader by conducting store and site inspections, delivering safety training programs, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
