Minimum 6 + years of HVAC installation experience Experience leading an HVAC installation team EPA Certification preferred (If you can get certified shortly after hire) Professional-level HVAC training or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, system startup, and equipment commissioning Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to safely lift equipment and work in a physically demanding environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Bradley Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
