Job description
The Assistant Director of HR is a strategic, organized, and service-driven leader with a strong foundation in HR. Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership of the HR Department, the Assistant Director partners closely with the Director of HR to ensure operational excellence, exceptional employee support, and the effective execution of the Club’s HR strategies and initiatives.
The position requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to listen, assess needs, and deliver thoughtful, people-centered solutions.
