At CESO, a Market Leader is responsible for leading and growing a defined market sector by driving business development, client engagement, and operational performance.
This position serves as the primary business and thought leader for a portfolio of similar clients, with accountability for market strategy, financial results, projections, and program execution. The Market Leader collaborates with their (Sr) Program Directors, Business Development team, Business Unit Leader (BUL), Discipline Leaders and other cross functional leaders to oversee projections, budgets, staffing, and program execution.
