Property Casualty Claims Manager

Working within the Property/Casualty team structure and reporting to the Director of Property/Casualty Claims, the Property/Casualty Claims Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and resolution of property and casualty claims across a large, complex academic medical system. This role manages claims involving auto liability, property damage, cyber liability, and financial products (D&O, Fiduciary, Crime), and other casualty exposures as assigned.

The Claims Manager ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective claim handling from initial notice through resolution, including investigation, evaluation, settlement, and litigation support. The position serves as a key liaison among internal stakeholders, insurers, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
