Project Developer I or II - Affordable Housing

Pay: $85,000-130k annually, DOE. Mercy Housing is currently looking for an Affordable Housing Project Manager I to lead the finance, development, and acquisition of affordable, multi-family housing. The successful Project Manager I will be connected with the affordable housing community in the Denver area and will be the lead resource for other team members.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
