Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations Management
- Manage and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions. Investigations & Disciplinary Actions
- Conduct workplace investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other employee concerns.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage disciplinary processes including counseling, warnings, suspension recommendations, and terminations in accordance with company policies. Policy Implementation & Governance
- Develop, review, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies across business units.
- Drive employee awareness programs on workplace conduct and company policies. Compliance & Labor Law Management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with legal teams on employment-related matters and dispute resolution.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and recommend policy updates. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and managers to address employee concerns.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and employee conduct issues.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce restructuring activities. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, and attrition trends.
- Implement initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate employee communication forums and engagement programs. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report ER metrics including grievances, disciplinary actions, attrition, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction indicators.
- Generate periodic dashboards and provide recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. Experience
- 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 4-6 years in Employee Relations.
- Prior experience within healthcare services, or healthcare shared services organizations preferred.
- Experience handling complex employee relations issues and investigations.
- Exposure to labor law compliance and industrial relations is preferred.
