Job description
Understand and comply with all governmental, regulatory and Viemed billing and compliance regulations/policies including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid programs. Review of HCFAS and patient invoices for appropriate coding, charges, allowable, co-pays, and supporting documentation. Follow-up with Therapist, Intake Specialist, CSR, and other appropriate parties to collect open billings promptly and to ensure compliance with billing regulations. Identify and report to management payer issues concerning billing.
