Regional MIC-Lean Manufacturing Manager

The Regional MIC – Lean Manufacturing Manager is committed to drive process and product improvements by leveraging Lean principles in all NA auto activities and personnel to improve business results in a continuous and sustainable manner. This individual acts as a leader within the company to promote process-based problem solving, daily management, promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the company.

The MIC consistently drives the implementation of lean, facilitate, and promote lean activities and training. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate process improvement activities, involve in analysis, planning, implementation, documentation, and support of operation process improvement projects.
