About the Role
As a Membership Sales Advisor at Anytime Fitness Camberley , you'll be a key driver of growth and the public face of the gym in your local area.
Your responsibilities
Generating and managing new leads through outreach, referrals, local partnerships, and community engagement. Building rapport quickly and confidently handling objections to close sales. Consistently achieving and exceeding membership sales targets. Delivering a high-energy, professional experience for every prospective member.
Supporting social media and local marketing initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation. Supporting daily club operations by helping to maintain presentation, cleanliness, and member experience. Representing the Anytime Fitness brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Key Requirements We are specifically looking for someone with proven sales ability and confidence in a target-driven environment.
Ideal candidates will have: Previous sales experience with measurable targets/KPIs. Strong closing skills and confidence speaking to people in person and over the phone. A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated mindset. A competitive nature and genuine motivation to earn commission. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fitness industry sales experience is highly desirable, but strong sales performers from other industries will also be considered. Please note: This role is not suited to someone looking for a purely customer service or reception-based position. What You'll Get Up to £33,000 base salary. Uncapped commission structure – the more you sell, the more you earn.
