Responsible and accountable for strategically and tactically developing, implementing, and clearly communicating strategies, goals and objectives, improved processes and key data that improve the supply chain’s performance and reduce costs. Manage to a level of operational excellence all aspects of supply chain, manufacturing value streams and traditional manufacturing product lines and shifts.
Improve quality, assure regulatory compliance, and support the achievement of competitive growth in sales, earnings and market share. Develop and drive a shop floor transformation and continuous improvement culture that promotes consistency of behaviors, accountability, strong problem-solving skills, and operational and quality excellence that lead to superior business performance.
