Alternative Payment Program Specialist

The Alternative Payment Program (APP) Specialist manages the enrollment of families using Alternative Payment (APP) and other third-party childcare funding. This role works closely with families, APP agencies, Catalyst centers, and internal teams to ensure children are enrolled on time and funding is in place. The specialist reviews funding certificates, tracks enrollment and authorization dates, resolves enrollment and payment issues, and maintains accurate records to support compliance and reimbursement.

Through strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, this position helps families access childcare while ensuring Catalyst receives timely and accurate payment for services.
