Builds and maintains robust partnerships with local schools, educational authorities, and healthcare professionals to support program goals. Ensures all programs adhere to relevant regulations and standards, securing necessary accreditations and managing periodic reviews. Oversees the recruitment process, from marketing the program to selecting candidates, ensuring a good fit between apprentices and organizational needs.
Manages budgets, oversees the allocation and use of funds, and maintains detailed records to ensure compliance with grant requirements. Provides ongoing support and career counseling to participants, assisting them in understanding healthcare careers and achieving professional goals. Supports programs to identify and select internal team members for upskilling opportunities, ensuring career growth and development within the organization.
Regularly assesses program effectiveness, implements improvements, and reports on outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and funding bodies. Stays informed about educational trends and advancements in healthcare training to continuously enhance the relevance and impact of apprenticeship programs. Coordinates and collaborates with Corporate COE Talent Strategy Workforce Planning, Corporate COE and Divisional Learning, Divisional HR, and Clinical Education teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Pursues additional funding opportunities to support and expand program initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
