Job description
We are seeking an experienced Shot Blast Operator to operate shot blasting machines for cleaning and finishing metal surfaces in a casting production environment. The candidate must ensure proper surface finish, equipment handling, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate shot blasting machine to clean cast components Ensure proper surface finish as per specifications Load and unload components safely Monitor machine performance and report issues Inspect components after blasting Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements Department: Production Division: Casting Category: Speciality Skilled Worker High School / ITI qualification Equipment Safety Training (Mandatory) Minimum 4 years of experience operating shot blasting machines Experience in casting or metal finishing industry preferred Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing standards Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation) Benefits FAT Provided (Food, Accommodation & Transportation) Overtime as per company policy
