About the Role
CSDS is seeking a visionary Manager of Digital Workflows & Technology Enablement to lead our growing consulting and professional services team. In this role, you will connect business development, solution design, and technical leadership—helping our customers unlock the full potential of their Survey, CAD, and GIS investments. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, sales, and project managers to identify workflow challenges, develop integrated solutions, and guide implementation across diverse geospatial and infrastructure environments.
As the bridge between technical expertise and business strategy, you’ll lead consultants and specialists in delivering measurable workflow improvements and driving digital transformation for our clients.
