Job description
Make outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads. Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans. Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Update customer details in the CRM system. Achieve sales targets while following company policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales (Insurance/BFSI preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong sales, persuasion, and customer handling skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
