Job description
About Revel At Revel, we are revolutionizing the way the world's most critical hardware is controlled—across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Our next-generation software stack combines an intuitive command/control interface, a specialized programming language tailored for hardware control, and a high-performance runtime environment.
We empower engineers to build, test, and deploy critical systems rapidly, reliably, and safely. Role Overview We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing talent team and play a hands-on role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll be the connective tissue across our hiring process — supporting recruiters, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects who we are.
This is an opportunity to grow with a high-growth, venture-backed startup at an early stage, where your work directly shapes how Revel shows up to the world's best engineers and operators.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing calendars for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers with precision and care.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely, warm, and professional communication at every stage.
- Maintain and update the ATS, keeping candidate records, pipeline stages, and job postings accurate and current.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual interview loops, including video conferencing setup, travel arrangements, and day-of support.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prep interviewers with resumes and role context ahead of each interview.
- Support new hire onboarding logistics, coordinating with People Ops and hiring managers to ensure a smooth first-day experience.
- Help build and refine recruiting coordination workflows, templates, and processes as we scale.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch things others miss and take pride in getting the details right.
- Strong communicator: warm, professional, and clear in both written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace or similar productivity suites.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-directed — comfortable taking initiative and flagging issues before they become problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating technical or engineering roles at a software or hardware startup.
- Familiarity with high-volume interview scheduling.
- Interest in growing toward a full-cycle recruiting role over time.
- Comfort working with recruiting data and reporting on coordination metrics.
- Genuine curiosity about technology, engineering, and building teams that push the limits of what's possible.
- Experience with Ashby ATS. Why Revel
- Join a world-class team of engineers with decades of critical software applications experience.
- Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.
- Competitive salary, substantial equity, and personal growth opportunities.
- Collaborative, ambitious, and technically challenging environment.
