Setting up and preparing VMC and HMC for production, which includes interpreting technical drawings, selecting and installing tools and fixtures, configuring machine settings, and performing quality control checks to ensure precision parts are manufactured according to specifications.

Requirements

Requires an ITI

• Machinist or Diploma In Mechanical engineering / BE
• Mechanical , several years of hands on experience in setting up in VMC / HMC machines , Strong knowledge of cutting tools selection , tool offsets, work holding techniques and strong knowledge in reading of technical drawings
