Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual acts as the backbone of the sales team, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Ensure all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly.

Coordinate and maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and deals.

Order Processing and Management

Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.

Coordination and Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.

Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
