Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune

• WFO in Hybrid Mode Full Time Shift Hours: 10-7 PM IST or 11-8 PM IST Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business HCM Technical skills. EBS HRMS Technical work experience is mandatory.
• Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a EBS HRMS Technical and Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, technical expertise onto EBS/ Fusion Extracts, Reports and Data Migration.
• Should have done to end to end implementation for the below Technical Expertise: o PL/SQL o EBS: Extracts, Reports and Data migration o Fusion: Extracts, Reports and Data migration
• Good to have the knowledge on below fusion modules: o Fusion APEX o EBS Core HR o Should be able to write Fast formulas
• Should have good communication and presentation skills Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Requirements BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain. Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
