Job description
JR286 is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality (Product & Process) to lead and drive quality initiatives across our full range of sporting goods products, including equipment, and accessories. This role is responsible for ensuring that both products and manufacturing processes consistently meet the highest standards of performance, durability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in quality management systems, supplier quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration within the sporting goods, apparel, or consumer products industry. This role will work closely with design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept through production and delivery.
