Job Summary

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring testing activities to ensure the quality of electric motorcycles or electric vehicles throughout the product development process. The scope covers component testing, hardware, software, electrical & electronic systems, mechanical systems, and vehicle-level validation to ensure products meet technical requirements, quality standards, and reliability targets before mass production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test plans, coordinate, and monitor testing activities from component level, system level to vehicle integration and vehicle validation. Manage test quality for hardware, software, electrical & electronic systems, mechanical components, and vehicle functional systems. Collaborate with R&D, Design, Manufacturing, and related stakeholders to analyze defects, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.

Develop and improve testing processes, standards, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality. Consolidate test results, evaluate product quality status, prepare reports, and propose improvement solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related technical fields. 3–5 years of experience in testing, validation, quality assurance, or product development for electric motorcycles, electric vehicles, including hardware, components, electrical & electronic systems, mechanical systems, and vehicle integration.

Good knowledge of testing processes, product validation methods, defect analysis, and evaluation of system performance and reliability. Good English communication skills. Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and project progress management.
