Forensic Examiner - SANE/SAFE - PRN

Will actively work within the community to foster safety and support for the client, family, and significant others, using client empowerment and agency/ community resources through trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches. Will provide timely, non-judgmental, compassionate care to the victims of trauma and violence, including but not limited to: Domestic Violence (Intimate Partner Violence), Child Abuse, Strangulation, Elder Abuse, Sexual Assault, and Abuse.

This will include a forensic exam, prophylaxis for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, photographic documentation, referrals for appropriate medical and psychological follow-up, support, and participation in legal proceedings.
