Job description
The Corporate Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to the legal department. This position assists with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance and risk management initiatives, litigation management (with a primary focus on labor & employment matters), and other legal matters affecting the company.
The Corporate Paralegal serves as a key partner to internal business teams and external legal counsel to ensure efficient legal operations and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
