Immediate Hire: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Visits – Plantation, FL

Matrix Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate start to provide home health visit coverage in the Plantation area. This is an immediate need for an RN who is available now and can complete skilled nursing visits every 6 hours. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate RN who can start as soon as possible to help support patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing visits in the home setting Complete visits every 6 hours as assigned Assess and monitor patient condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Follow the patient’s care plan and agency policies Report any changes in condition to the clinical team Complete timely and accurate documentation Communicate professionally with the patient, family, and clinical team Requirements Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Must be available to start immediately Home health experience preferred Ability to complete visits every 6 hours Reliable transportation Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate To Apply: Interested candidates should apply immediately through Zoho or contact: anna.
